Sainikudu (translation: Soldier) is a Telugu action film written and directed by Gunasekhar. The film stars Mahesh Babu, Irrfan Khan, Trisha and Kamna Jethmalani in an item number as well as a cameo appearance.[1] The film starred Irfan Khan as the main antagonist.[2] Prakash Raj was in a supporting role. Harris Jayaraj scored the music for the film. Balasubramaniam handled the camera work while Sreekar Prasad handles the editing. The film was released on 1 December 2006,[3] and the film’s music was released on 21 October 2006. The film had a lot of hype at the time of its release, as it released after the industry hit Pokiri. It was dubbed in Malayalam as Sulthan, Tamil as Kumaran and Hindi as Ab Humse Na Takrana.
